Electro-Decontamination of Spent Ion Exchange Resins Contaminated with Iron Oxide Deposits under Dynamic Conditions

چکیده
A method for the electro-decontamination of spent ion exchange resin contaminated with hematite under dynamic conditions using sulfuric acid solutions has been suggested. It shown that decontamination excludes secondary adsorption radionuclides on ion-exchanger sites. The efficiency this approach compared to control experiments without direct current treatment. positive effect introduction Fe2+ rate dissolution demonstrated. This allows decreasing concentration solution efficiency.
